Secluded luxury residential development in Buckinghamshire
Working in partnership with Mackenzie Homes and DP Architects, our vision was clear; to deliver truly exceptional luxury accommodation designed to offer something for everyone. Nestled in a remote setting in the highly sought-after ‘Golden Triangle’- between Burkes Road and Gregories Road – the building of two luxury family homes began in July 2019.
Dazzling double height windows
Impressively set over four floors, our panoramic EvoWall curtain wall system was fabricated using colour-coated, thermally broken slimline aluminium framing. To enhance solar control and reduce the uncomfortable glare of the sun, we utilised double glazed units incorporating Optifloat Tint solar glass for optimum performance.

Illuminating NUMINIUM Casement Windows and innovative NUMINIUM Tilt & Turn Windows were chosen throughout, uniting swathes of low energy glazing, the latest locking technology and state-of-the-art design.

High-performance SCHUCO fire rated internal screens
Nuevo Home also played an integral role in the supply and installation of specialist SCHUCO fire-rated screens at basement level. Installed in the sauna, gym, hallway into the dining area and wine cellar, special care was taken with regards to the compartmentalisation to accommodate an ambient and chilled area. However, this exciting project was not without a few construction issues along the way. Due to tough site conditions, transporting the substantial 200kg glass units to basement level through the snow proved a real challenge, but was overcome with a lot of patience and determination from everyone involved.
Finished with a durable RAL 6003 polyester powder coating, the result is luxurious, ambitious, sophisticated yet sympathetic and harmonious.
